It had good animation and kinda cute characters, I think that maybe you could add a backjground to make it better, though it is fine just as is.

I like the basic style of your characters they feel wacky.
Anyways you should add a background next time and idk if your style of lip animations is like that but you should lip sync it.

The plot is very original, but the flash itself confused me with the guy saying "camouflage" all the time... Plus this is too short. The drawings are nice though. Keep it up,
