Its cold, dark and creepy. The best conditions for a Good Docta hunt. There is only one man who can stop him and he is no where to be seen. This is the next good docta in the series, enjoy!
despite its look....
i wasnt overly keen on the general appearance of this flash but i could tell a significant amount of effot went into its making. typical plot for this kind of submission but i wont moan about that! disturbed rule - nice choice
