Suggestions
The drawing at the beginning needs to be faster. It'd also look pretty cool if it could go at a more natural rate instead of everything being drawn at the same speed. The graphics overall were not pleasing to the eye...a little more time on them could improve it. Try smoother lines and thicker ones. You should also give the stick a little personality or something (it looked like it at the beginning but then lost it) instead of just having him bounce around the screen.
