Not too impressed.
ALOT of tthe sprites are too elongated, the sprite(s) are too tall and aren't wide enough, the arms are in more than one place, the face used for the Green Army commander is the wrong face when you have them talking and there is WAAAAAAY too much randomnes at the start.
Nice use of some of the sprites, especially the civilians, vehicles and tanks, as well as the one soldier in the scene(which I think should be removed, since it is WAAAAY too random and I don't see anything that has to do with the story in it)where he screams when the tanks appear. Try doing a better recolour job next time, as the recolour of the planes sucked.
Try again, and get #2 up soon.
Randomness? It's war, explain with a plot. War itself is somewhat random, get used to it.
