decent start

This first episode has quite some potential, but it could use some improvement.
Sound: I liked the opening song, but the voices could be a little more clear. I didn't always got what they said.
Graphics: Just a few additions, like making their hair shiny and giving some detail to the eyes.
Story: Don't make it such a "who cares" story. Instead, try making it a really bizarre, complex story that doesn't make sense in any way known in this universe. Coz that's what anime usually is about.
Characters: I loved the sister, nice work there. But don't overdo it ok. Don't turn her into some kind of tramp. And the hero could use a little more attitude. The ghost and the old man were okay (but they had the worst voice problems)

I'd suggest making fun of anime in a different way, such as making fun of the lazy/ridiculous/eye sore aspect of it, meaning things like teardrops on the side of people's faces, people all of a sudden making weird facial expressions in front of some colorful background, people having sudden mood changes, lazy animation techniques, and the rest of that pocky stuff. One way to do this would be to have anime characters interacting with logical characters.
