cool one

i didn't care a whole lot for the voices in this one, but this animation was very nice, both as a first animation and a christmas animation. it had some very nice drawings in it, an original idea to it, quite amusing in most parts, and it offered some very nice entertainment. i think it could use some different voices in it, but overall, it was good to watch.

Kudos to ya for making your debut so auspiciously! So many people don't bother to put in the time to evolve a story, and tell it, especially when starting out. The ~only~ thing I can think of that might have added to the 'toon would be some music, in the background. Especially in light of it being ironic to have bouncy christmas music while, say, santa gets blown. ;-)

damn dude, if that REALLY was your first flash then thats freakin amazing, the main character was pretty funny, and it was hilarious when the reighndeer was giving him shit. There is one thing about this though, i coudnt quite tell who all the characters were at first, you should put more clues so we know who they are exactly.

Great job on this man. I love when you make submissions like this, with everything very well done, and with a good laugh here and there as well. This is one of those submissions you dont really know what to expect from, i mean there isnt any anticipated release, unique style and many other things, it seems your submissions are usually like this. I certainly did enjoy this one though, really amusing, and its a bit of a shame it didnt last longer. Here is my review.

The graphics were quite good, deserving of either and 8 or 9. I ended up giving them a 9 becausr of their incredibly unique animating style, that truely, i dont think ive seen anywhere else or at any other time on this site. The character design was very cool, especially in the main character, i love when the drawing of the character alone is enough to know his personality or how he may act in the rest of the video. The detail was sufficient in the characters as well, but in the backgrounds it was awesome. It showed you put tons of effort into them, and they came out very nice. The animation was really smooth too, that was some really good FBF! The style was great, not just because of your animating style either. The idea was pretty cool, and presented well. Very unique presentation as well, with pleasant visuals, with some good violence in some parts. Some of your other animations had ideas similar to this, in terms of animating to a song of some sort. The one thing i didnt like here is the length, i think it could have definitely been longer and it would have been more satisfying if it was. The sound was great too, not only was the song a fairly good choice to animate to, you used it effectively. You actually were able to create a mood using this song and the animation together. Though i didnt like the song very much, it definitely served a purpose in this short movie. I liked the additions of some humour and violence in some parts of it as well!

Overall this was a very good movie, with only length heavily bringing it down. Just make your next movie longer and maybe you could have a better score as well. Even if you dont, your previous works have been impressive as was this, so i have high expectations for your next submission. And seeing as your pretty consistant i am not to worried about being dissapoined. Anyways keep up the awesome work!
