All the information and everything is the exact smae, and if its not the EXACT same you barely changed anything.
The only things you changed that anyone can tell is the preloader and the music. Yeah and nice job on submitting basically the same thing once again with paragon music and saying "oh its a tribute to him"
You cant just change the music to a tutorial and say its a tribute.
And really is this a tutorial? Not a lot was explained. Just some codes given. I didnt find it helpful at all.
The first time I understood why it may have passed but for submitting it over and over again is terrible.
Its not even that good, You have some categories and some text links. Its all text and you could have done a lot better.

The only thing you seem to be fucking with is the preloader, and people should not be voting high based on just the preloader alone.
This is the worst tutorial on PHP I have EVER seen. The music is irritating (seems to be the most important part you care about), the presentation of information is horrid, and you have so many spelling errors that they deserve their own category.
A good tutorial should be a walk-through process such as Step 1, 2, 3, etc. A jumble of (mis)information is NOT a tutorial.
Yes I know I can turn the fucking music off. The style and spelling STILL suck, as it did the first 3 or fucking 4 time this shit was submitted.

That was good. I liked the graphics and the sound. The only thing I did not understand was the concept. Even after reader your notes I was clueless on the importance of the tutorial. If you give me a quick summary ill give you a five.
