BTW, although it is tecinally correct to spell it Quebeck(e)r, It's better to spell it Quebecer or Québécois.
Also, the referendum in 95 was only defeated by a slim margin (50.6% NO to 49.4% YES)
And, Montreal is more of a global city then toronto, we are the most european city in North America.
I like that you have the current weather of the capitals, but you should also have it or the major cities.
Anyway, over all, very good, good job!
