lol i dunno if ive already said this on newgrounds but this reminds me of when it was wacky day and i got payed a dollar to draw with a sharpie a hitler mustache and i wore it around all day, i told the teachers i was charly chaplin, lol the people at school thinks im a nazi,anyways great flash, no where close to dandy or most radical but i would say its an oh ho ho k toonskie
