This is my first flash, so it was basicaly a real fun learning experience, considering I got a local radio DJ to do the voice acting for me, using my script. Thanks a lot Al :) Anyways, I look foreward to comments guys :)
Update: Due to some suggesetions, I've added a bit more minor animation. And yes, this really is my first flash :) I just drew my whole life, so it wasnt too hard transfering to this medium.

Very Excellent, and this was your first flash I think its the best one. Beside the Political Message, the Graphics were good, and animation was great, but the Humor is Excellent

Great, great job... I'd say that the animation was still a bit lacking (with the hand/brow movements), but at a State of the Union Address there's not much you could've done... Other than that, awesome job. The papers on the back wall were a very good touch, too.
