Let me explain, celebrities got together for a Hurricane Katrina telethon to earn money for its victims, when Kanye West and Mike Myers were speaking about the tragedy on live television, Kanye West blabbed about how the blacks are being looked at as looters and the white people are looked at as people just trying to survive, he ended his segment by saying "George Bush Doesn't Care About Black People".
