Hello again,this is a Fixed version of my Platform Tutorial.Since so many people had problems with the code(including some on the BBS),I decided to update the tutorial with a fixed code for Flash MX 2004 Pro or Flash MX 2004 users.The code should work fine now,change variables to whatever you want.

the layers are freaking confusing what do I do if theres another guy thats standing when im trying to make him walk on the other layer on the walking layer theres a guy standing and I want to get rid of the standing motion but it erases the standing motion and i need that WTF??

i dont get why there's so many complaints for the character flying off.
i used the flash pro script and just edited the "maxjump" (i made it 10)
now it works fine (maybe if im lucky this will help people)

This is I'm afraid a pretty bad platform tutorial.
The whole gravity system sucks and you can fly forever. It makes me angry that people even bother posting such crap on a great place like Newgrounds.

it works and everything but i can hold the jump button and i start flying lol

works. good. to meditori, make sure the plus on your movie clip is between the legs of your movieclip, otherewise it wont work.
