Good!

It's overall a good tutorial! The interface is simple and easy to navigate and the cateogires are readworthy as well, but there really isn't anything different in this than what's already written in the FAQ . . . and there's more information in the faq as well. Add to this, and it could get greater. keep it up!

^^Good Points^^
I guess it serves its purpose. The information in here seemed to be relevant and accurate for the most part. Didn't look through everything, but it seemed alright.

^^Needs Improving^^
Really an unnecessary tutorial. All of this information is outdated now, but even if it wasn't, all of this information is scattered in many tutorials and in the FAQ section of NG. You didn't really present this in a way that was more interesting than others.

it definently served it's purpose

this is the greatest newgrounds tutorial and should be shown when you first join newgrounds. i had a hell of a time trying to learn this stuff by myself.
and if you can try to make a better looking one. although thats not necessary it would probably be more of a favorite for th newcomers.

nice job, and keep up the good work
