Internal Fires 18

Dream and Reality...Hard to tell from the two sometimes. Sometimes impossible. You can only wait for one thing to happen from one or the other in order to know fore sure. From the Dream state...you can awake from. From the Reality state...you can die from. Only these signs can tell you whether you are dreaming or living in reality. Both can be quite deceiving, especially when you are in want of something....or running from something else....

Our Hero has been laying low for the past couple months, and for good reason too. Not only have the enemies doubled and multiplied since the last time we saw Hero but it is getting harder and harder to realize your enemy from your ally. The Empire has new tricks up their sleeves as well. They have sey up and alarm system that when Hero is found, all forces, new and old, will be focused on him.

So as not to waste time, small amounts of agents and spies have been sent to different parts of the Universe in search for Hero. They expect this surprise attack will succeed. But, they are underestimating Hero.

Hero, knowing the Empire would make such an attempt has gone under hiding in a local village and has gone under diguise and is working as a regular. He did not know however that his powers would weaken not using them for such a long time. He will await for the Empire to come after him before he usis it. Otherwise, using them will alert the Empire under their new system and he would surely die.

In this episode, Hero must learn to understand the difference from Dream and Reality, for his enemies will attempt to use this against him in their fight. Although Hero cannot yet fight off any spies, his only defense will be to run.

Hello fellow Newgruonds members. It's me, csscblackbelt2000. I am sorry that I haven't been able to add any new IF's in the past couple months, but I have been busy. I was actually on the verge of stopping animation altogether, but Internal Fires picked me up at my low and allowed me to continue its series.

To answer a couple theories you guys made about my sudden disappearance, no, I did not:
1) die
2) kill myself
3) Get thrown into jail
4) run away
5) have my computer eaten by a dog
6) get thrown into a mental institution (though I must say, that was a close call...)
7) move on (IF is everything...how could you guys ever think of that?!?!)
8) go into a coma
9) go blind
10) lose my hands
11) lose my legs (though I did get a torn cartilage :( )
12) uninstall Macromedia Flash
13) destroy my computer
14) have myself frozen so as to awaken in the future (All the IF's I have planned so far have all not yet been created)
15) give in to all your wonderful reviews. (those actaully pushed me to make more)
