This used to crack me up when I first watched it during the fall of 2000. Honestly, it's still pretty amusing in terms of the hilarious lyrics and the crude animation with Alvin, Simon, and Theodore. However, I prefer the pyropymp version ("Chipmunks Gangsta Rap", which came out two years after this one hit the Portal), considering how much more polished it feels in comparison. Try adding a little more animation in the future. Otherwise, this was still enjoyable for its time.

First of all music vids without anything happening except some repeating movements and an unchanging background are usually no more than 2.50 in score. Mostly because more EFFORT is needed. Like maybe making backgrounds behind the munks and putting them in scenes related to the lyrics. Also give ALL the chipmunks some movements. Then you get a decent movie and less reviews like this. Also the HEYS! in the singing is lamish.
