Bad!

It's not the VERY worst animation I've seen, but it surely isn't anything impressive. I don't see very many "mumbling speech" these days, and theirs a reason for that, it's horrible when people do that. And the plot, I think it's been used over, and over, again, and when that plot is used, the flash gets blammed insanely. And MJ productions? That is disturbing!

A pointer... at the end of your Flash, put a stop there and maybe a "replay?" link or something so that it doesn't loop.
