for al of you who don't know what parkour is, it goes buy other names such as, urban freeflow, free running etc. if you still dont know just watch the video!

im real into parkour. i live in a neighborhood still under consttrucion, so me and my freinds do it all the time on construction sights there. hella fun. only problem was alot of those moves arent real. still tight though.

i see what your getting at, but you've made a common mistake, you made a flash about free running. parkour is getting from point a to point b as fast and efficiently as possible, and freerunning is just parkour with random and useless flips and such. good try though, it's better than my work!

Blam! Freerunning commercialism choreographed to Head Strong, Please make a few changes to a genre traceurs would actually jam to and make sure if you're going to label it parkour, that it is infact parkour. Good style though.
