I've been looking for preloader bar tutorials EVERYWHERE! Thank you so much XD I'm pretty sure I'll have a question after I expiriment with this a little :3

It fails in one thing

in explaining HOW does everything works, i mean, why does the AS code works?, what does every line of code means? what is a movieclip?, etc, etc, etc..
The tutorial was fine, works and its ez to make something from it, but it needs that part

... but it sounds like you just downloaded the ng preloader and then looked at what script they used. Anybody can do that. Plus, you can just download the preloader, and then edit the visuals to make it look however you want.

This would've been a help, had it not been for the other resources on this site that make it easier.

Graphics weren't great, music was annoying (thanks for the pause button), tutorial covered it's subject well.
