it could hav use a bit mor work like on the plane graphics cuz they looked like razoeblades(not really realistic). like i said it was ok

Your going to want to read the instructions and also you might want to change the controls, they do take a little time to get used to, but to change them just hit the menu button during gameplay and go to controls.

this game has good gameplay good graphics and some flava to it bu the lack of humor and no sound at all brings the score way down. dude seriously put some sound in it, make some more weapons and put something funny in it like suicide bomber squirrels parashooting out of a toilet shaped helicopter or plane until then this game is a 5!!!

Looks good and plays well. The lack of sound is garishly apparent, though. Perhaps you should find someone who is into making sounds for games, and team up...
Don't suppose you were inspired by an ancient game called Paratrooper? Thats what I immediately thought of when I started the game ;) Memories...

Actually I don't remember the game's name but it very well could have been paratrooper, all I remember is you were on a hill and this "guys" or "ships" dont remember which one would fall from the sky and you had to shoot the down.

Better Than I Thought
I entered this submission with my blammer already. How can someone make a decent game on 44k? It may not have been Raiden X, but it was a great start. The arc takes a little getting used to, and seems unnecessarry at first, but it works well and leads to some cool strategies.
The only complaint I have is MORE! More enemies, more weapons, sound, more levels, and more everything
On a side note, the game Skygunner for the PS2 kicks ass

Ya I was suprised with the final file size as well. Look out for the next version which will include more enemy's possibly bosses, power-ups and improved graphics.
