Ok that made me laugh, but anyways i was more impressed with the "FBF" style of animation, and fresh and smooth artwork, the "SOUND/FX" was nice aswell, made for a very funny and refreshing flash...

I know it seems a little early, but I thought I'd make a flash movie for the US Independence Day! It's a somewhat interactive movie (not quite a game). The fireworks just get better and better! Just keep in mind the fireworks are just simple backyard fireworks. Enjoy!

Nice little idea.
That was quite a nice flash, simple and short, but still well done. I liked the style, and while there was only minimal movement within the film, and it had a nice story book feel and worked well I think. I really like that frame by frame animating technique.
Interesting little click to advance story, clearly just a gimmick for the celebration message, though it still kept my attention enough. Maybe next time, you could make the story more involving, and linger.
The audio was fairly plain, and the sound effects used kind of reminded me an operating system sounds. Nothing too interesting, although I guess it worked ok with your idea. The applause got a little annoying though.
There is some nice animation in this flash, as well as some moderate actionscripting. I'm sure you will be submitting some great work in the furture, so keep it up Dave.
