This is actually still pretty helpful for learning the basics of flash animation. I'm sad that flash is being discontinued on most browsers soon, so I worry we're gonna lose a lot of these wonderful creations.

It's got a lot of information in it. What I looked at seemed to be pretty accurate and helpful for the most part.

Well, it's not really that unique. It's got pretty much the same information that most big tutorials have, with not much of your own personal tips and such. Not too impressive graphics either, which makes this less appealing against the big name tuts.
