Battle of Stirling Bridge

This was a rushed euro project. It's a battle scene loosely based on the 1297 Battle of Stirling Bridge. I know how much you guys love history. Anyway, it's not that great (though it's better I hope than a lot of what I've seen here)--well you tell me.

First submission, but I've been tooling around with flash for over three years. I've yet to really focus on making something good.

the last guy that reviewed this was weird

theanithinker is really messed up and must have been on some serious acid trip when he reviewed this. but other then that guy the movie wasnt to bad.

I dont know why I am reviewing this. Maybe you do?

It wasn't very awesome if you ask me. Although I know very little on the subject of Scottish people and English people, I know this; the blue warpaint was not fact, it was fiction by an austraillian actor of the name Mel Gibson (Blue war paint was completely his idea). Another problem I had was the extended delay scenes. This is why: In the 11th Century, England nor Scottland had access to Katanas, and in the 11th Century, Katanas would be the only weapon thin enough, but powerful enough to slice through flesh and leave no mark until the blood spills.

But hell, it was a swell cartoon, and the facts were straight throughout, and although the animation choppy (and obviously horse animation stolen), it was fun to watch and my eyes thanked me for watching. They are pissing on my brain right now for reviewing it, but my brain already smells of piss. I really liked when the English Soldier jumped in the water and sunk. Cool detail, because if all you others reading this didn't know, its hard to swim with a 90 pound chainmail on. And back then, 90 pound Chainmail did not float.

Oh, and I just finished a turkey sandwhich and my god, it was probably the best turkey sandwhich I have ever made, and eaten. I used about a teaspoon of mayonaise, and I opened up this new shredded salad lettuce, and when I combined the two, I got the perfect crunch and the perfect goop. For those curious, I used sliced Turkey Breast, actually carved from a once living turkey (none of that factory refined bullshit). Now, would I argue that this turkey sandwhich was better than the animation. . .

Sadly, I would. The only advantage your video had was Graphics and Violence. But my Sandwhich kicked your videos ass in Style, Sound (CRUNCH!), Violence (I killed a fucking turkey to get this thing, dude), Interactivity (and if I could eat your video I would love to), and Humor. Overrall, however, I give both the turkey and the video a 6.

My sandwhich gets a 6, because I fucking hate turkey sandwhichs. This just happens to be the best one I have ever eaten.

history=good flash material

it provides a plot and the opportunity for violence! The accuarcy isnt the best but at least you had the scottish win... however i think there were more than 15 people in each army.. o well very good firsst flash

dude.. lol

that was a little bit more funny than... cool.. but i still think it rox..

nice job

Absolutely Awesome..why, i dont know....

I really really liked this, no clue why. I guess im just into the all fighting stuff, the humor in it was great, specially the part where the guy wouldnt die heh....keep it up, more more more!
