not the best i seen but FAR from the worst

the graphics suck, the sound sucks, the fighting sucks. in other words THIS SUCKS!!

Work on the characters and animation

If this is your first flash then decent job, otherwise you need to keep practicing. Get a better background for your next one (or even draw one. Also, try to make the characters and the background match. I would suggest taking more time on the characters as well. Work on how you execute the animation and you're all set.
