You don't need to be beaten to feel neglected...

First off, nice animation graphics and all, it was truly awesome.

I totally get this, I mean, sure, all the mum was doing was talking on the cell phone and sure all the dad was doing was having a bud and watching the game, but for alot of children, this feels like neglect, this isn't something children should have to feel.

Did you think it's strange that the child didn't try and approach the parents, did the child understand that when mum is on the phone and dad is watching tv there is no room for her and she shouldn't try and get attention. Isn't this neglect? Making your child feel like they can't approach you when they want to?

Nice movie, sparks alot of discussion.

.......it needed to have more impact. Just having the girl huff in annoyance isn't enough, she needs to be feeling truly excluded from family life and possibly abused to feel any remorse for her.
