Helping hand

Not a bad flash. graphics were decent enough and i understand the whole time restriction thing. better than any of my school projects at least.
want some tips on how to tweak it? firstly the preloader bar is broken because the code is wrong, ur using width in pixels not percentage. use the newgrounds loader and just change the art, much easier.
Second, about a replay button. on the last frame, add a layer and put the code "stop();" in the actions box for that frame. then make a button on that frame (design it, select it, then press F8 and click "button") go to properties panel (righthand side) click the "plus" sign, then go to "movie control" or something like that and select "gotoAndPlay" then click ok. oh and finally, in the last frame, tell the music to stop (drop down box at bottom of screen) otherwise it wont sync.
check NGs tutorials or message my account if u have any problems.

That was heaps cool it would be really cool if u fixed up the graphics a bit and put in more events but the music was good!

Not a bad bit o' work! If you had more time to work on this, then there would have been less critisism for some of the shortcomings, but as a first timer, you did good.

just a few pointers

since this was made for your class-it's Alexei, not the other way around. Hope your teacher won't take off too much for it. I read a lot of books on the Romanov's so I won't be too critical I suppose-though if you want to do some further reading some day I'd recommend "Nicholas and Alexandra" by Robert K.Massie.. Not saying I hated or totally loved your flash, would have liked more out of it , however.
