You almnost have the right mix here, but the mood isn't set well enough by sound (duh) or graphics.

Also, the text could've been polished more to be funnier. Also, the backspacing detracted from the piece, not enhanced the monotonous, lingering elegy.

This is the kind of humor that requires a perfect tuning of all the effects, and your work needs a tune-up in this case. Keep at it.
