Wrong, and should be updated corrections!
Well firstly, even if Buu spat out his absorptions, Gohan would not be able to go Super Saiyan, he's already Super Saiyan 2, if you look at the episode of his transformation, the Old Kai told him to go Super Saiyan 2, and Vegito would not be caught that easily, he would sense he wasn't dead.
