I got this from Neave (address in game) and jazzed it up a bit with sound effects and stick figures.
It's called Stick Invaders 2 because it's a better version of the origanal (posted on SFDT, may be deleted).
Due 2 sum reviews im getting, im now adding a formal warning:

ok heres the deal the first level is fun, but i would suggest on your
next games add more action, wepons , guys,ect.
