Explained things well. Liked the use of examples. Recommend adding more interactivity within the tutorial (not critical since you describe how use the software). Overall, nice job!

I don't know quite what to say. Some of the stuff didn't work on my Flash MX 2004 Pro, is that the same version you have? The zoom didn't work, and that was something that I was looking for earlier and couldn't find. I havn't tested most of the other stuff yet. You should be able to skip to what part you want to go to. You should also explain your variables more.

but this tutorial was pretty good. I thought it included a lot of information, some of which was actually not needed like actionscript on zooming!? Hell i didnt even know you could do that but who wants to you could just use motion tween for that. I liked how you showed a lot of different things, some could be done differently then yours like the health bar, but this was an overall good tutorial. Good job!
