In this final act of CHAPTER 12 (the halfway point in Broken Saints), the story finally starts to pick up steam as Kamimura begins his long journey on foot into Coast City, USA.
Meanwhile, Raimi has been picked up by a military detail, and is being taken to the top secret VALHALLA base on the outskirts of town. It is here, where the genesis of the LEAR/SPEC/SILO project will be seen, that the paths of Saints will finally cross...
It's a tall Krillin! I was thinking that this whole episode would be nothing but silence. From the author comments, I knew I was wrong. I especially liked those, as I was able to understand the story more. It's quite complicated. The animation is as good as ever.
I guess this is like one of those motion comics. I've fairly seen those. You state that it's a graphic novel. Still, I consider it a cartoon. It's a great one at that.

Broken Saints Chapter 12 Act 3 was excellent, love how this is finally starting to come together now. The first part was with Kamimura walking in the USA and finding that dog on the road was a sad moment...
The second part was with Raimi a bit slow at first, but gradually picked up at the end with both Oran and Raimi finally meeting. Great episode cannot wait till the next one.
Graphics: Very well done loved the animation in some parts.
Sound Effects: Wasen`t really any only a few bits.
Sound: As always excellent.
Overall this act gets a 10/10 for me as my favourite character is in it, and for the story really coming along now Great!!!

farfetched and undeveloped scenes
The visuals and the sounds are quite nice. I'm going to comment on the content though.
Parts of the series are farfetched. At other times, there would be a bunch of terms, such as those from physics and psychology, thrown onto the screen, but there would be no development at all. It appears that the writers were inspired but didn't bother to follow through with their ideas.
