Graphics are better than expected and remind me of modern-day pixel art slightly. The evil creatures and balloons move extremely quickly. You should slow them down. Making the target larger, would make it easy to hit things.

This is annoying. You have to get the little bastards right in the middle of your target or else it wont pop.
