a bit too short, and stick figures made it look very lame. i did like the music in this movie though.

Bits of it were good like the ships were well drawn and also the clouds but then there were the stick men and the writing, you should think about something other than sticks for your next submission.

What made the Mary Celeste so famous was Sir Arthur Conan Doyle writing a fictional story on it.
The background graphics were good. The ship was well drawn as well. I liked your squid as well. I don't like stick figures but you drew them from lines and that is good. You also gave them expressions in their faces which is better.
The story could have been a bit longer, and added some sound effects as well. {For a presentation to Newgrounds anyway}. I am sure it wasn't needed for school.
But, for instance, you could have added the parts of how all the decks were wet {and the Captain's bed} when the ship was found. One pump was not working and all the navigational instruments aboard ship were missing with the ships clock and compass smashed. Seven kegs of the whiskey cargo were also empty even tho the cargo had not shifted. You could have had druken aliens that abducted the crew then :)
All in al, a good job. I hope you keep at your media development. I would hope to see more here from you.
