Well, they're right. This drawing was actually traced from Manga Mania. Yes, it does teach you how to draw a cheerleader, but that's besides the point. The fact that you simply traced the character and drew out some skimpy little outfits, I see it as a form of plagiarism. You didn't even cite the work or at least tell us that you referenced off some how-to book. Next time, please create something a little more original.

I would also like to mention the glitch that takes you back to the play button after a few seconds. You're not even trying, are you?
It's nothing personal, I just thought I should say something.

It's good, but it keeps returning to the original play menu every 5 seconds (or less).
