Was quite boring
It was very boring, what you should of done was let us decide when we wanted to move like adding a next button and previous and mabye some sound then it would be much better
shows you an example of shading and hopefully you will learn from it!
press forward to speed things up as i know it is rater slow (pressing forward will skip the mouse motion which is slow)
hope it helps!

Tedious
extremely long and boring for such a simple concept. it is a very large improvment when comparing it to the tweening tutorial you also have, but it was just sooo long for something that could have been made a lot more simple to watch.
i am very thankful that you provided a little playback menu down the bottom where you could fast forward the movie... because without it, i would have been sitting there watching it forever.
what you really needed to do was have an explanation for what was going on. can you imagine how boring it would be to sit there learning about shading by watching a mouse do it for you in slow motion?! haha....
i think that the best way to get an explanation across as to what was going on would be through a voice commentary; telling the viewer what's going on and what they need to do.
overall, this is average.
5/10
(THE THUMB: sideways)
well it is showing them how to do it so they get the idea. i will speed it up when i get the time
not bad
hmm, very interesting tutorial you made here. i like the fact on how you demonstrate how to do it as opposed to just saying how its done. very good and very original too. i think other reviews liked the fact on showing how to do it too.
again showing us how to do it instead of telling
Like most other tutorials really.
I already knew how to do shading and it was very simplistic but I think this again is one of the tutorials that stands out above the rest. Like in the previous one, your tutorial actually takes the viewer through the stages of this, and the pace was fairly slow and easy so I had no trouble following it.
The message you put up on the tutorial was also a nice extra too and I liked the fact that in this tutorial the printed screen was a lot clearer and closer up.
Well done, I recommend this to any new flash user!
