I didnt like this...
...at first. But once i kept watching, it was very good, i would like to see how part 2 turns out, maybe work on the artwork and graphics in your spare time, and try get some music and a bit more sound FX ... yey!

Just to respond to the reviews (Thanks for the tips!):
-The graphics might get better, but I'm not much of an artist, so they might not.
-The next movie will have music and action, don't worry.
-I will try harder with the sounds in part 2
-Voices will be hard, few people here speak english, since I live in Holland. My English will also sound a bit off. BUT, I will try.
This is my first real project. I have made many crappy movies that I haven't submitted, but I put some work into this one. The graphics and sound aren't that great, but they will become better in the next parts. If this survives the Newgrouds judgement, I know that it's an OK movie ;D

Good story but needs better graphics and sound
I am sorry I gave you a 2, and I understand that it must have taken you a while to do your movie, but the graphics are not good enough to warrant a higher grade. I have done work in flash and they all were horrible because I am not an artistic person. I don't plan on making movies because of this. But if you are determined to make movies and flash work.... then I would suggest that you lengthen the story for the next movie or the ones after the next. Also adding some facial expressions and detail to the characters would make the story more interesting. Have you noticed that the ones that get the highest marks on their flash movies work the longest times? Work hard and you will succeed. So work on your character design and show it to others (your friends, family, whatever) and get their input. Then add some nice ambient music. You can find some music here in the portal, but you can also get some classical music(if you have any) for the dramatic parts. Also work on sound for the characters. Get your friends to do the voices and have fun with it. Good luck!
