This is the teaser for 'Thugjacker,' the first game from Sokay.net. The game's a beat 'em up, along the lines of Streets of Rage or Double Dragon.

It was ok at first. But why were the people still cheering when the other two guys got killed or w/e? Then why did all of the cops look the same? And last, why did they drop money like the guy was supposed to pick it up? Plus, whats up with TughTober?
