Low Level Means: People don't spend every spare second trying to get experience points for some website. While this site is cool, its more of a hobby than an obsession.

Recently Signed Up: This has no relevance whatsoever. Someone could have been watching movies and playing games here for years and still have recently signed up.

No flash submissions of ur own: Just because someone hasn't submitted flash to newgrounds doesn't mean they aren't experienced flash artists. And some people have lives to attend to, other than sitting in front of the computer animating.
