It's my first flash. I did it to learn flash so it's kind off short. I love to hear some good critics.

you say that this was your first flash?? then well damn done! that was pretty damn good, i must say! i know of people who have been animated for ages, and they're not even as good as you are now! the movie was very funny, as the graphics were good, the animation was even better, and the song went very well with the movie.
so good on you dude, very fun to watch.

Well that was weird
Really good for your first movie. I hope you continue making them. I really liked how the punching bags hits faded away, that was cool. Oh, and your replay button doesn't work btw.
