Hey that was pretty funny, but it needs improvements.
Improvement:
Add some more detail to your bird and your dog.
You need a different sound clip when the dog is peeing on the hydrant, it sounds like someone is peeing in the toilet.

This "movie" was poorly animated, wasn't funny, had unbalanced sounds, and lacked even the basics of plot and story. Your obviously trying and thats good, but doesn't carry you nor your "movie". Better luck next time... G-dog... East Side Coast Trilla...i'm white and it shows.

BTW why have the bird boast about shitting on passing cars when you don't even bother to animate that (perhaps some guy from the car wash in his BMW).
