An okay parody of Animal Hospital and Rolf Harris. Improve the animation, graphics, sound, and add more comedy. You need a great joke for the ending.

An improvement over the previous Britney Spears parody, the author focuses on Rolf Harris. Again the art isn't bad. You can tell it's Rolf Harris, and the voice work is also good and sounds somewhat like him. The animation could have been better, but I enjoyed watching the hamster's eyes bulging haha. Overall it's a bit lacking though, as the joke isn't that strong.

Wow, sounds like 14 year old humor to me in fact this is pretty much the definition of it. Yet for some reason I kind of laughed at the end mainly because barely anything happened.
And that's what NG was like in 2000!
