First of all... How is this an anime..? This isnt even the anime style. It's ok... I guess. The sudden music switches made me want to stop watching it. And how did the guy on the motercycle catch up with the tramp in the car in 3 seconds..? This needs major work.

Haha this was funny made me laugh alot, i like your style of humor, my only issue with this one could be that there could be more effort in the characters, aswell as some more depper colors with yours you had very bright stuff, other then that it was great, keep it up.
