I saw just one little movie (the only working link on the menu) and i like what i saw.

Here is my second submission on newgrounds. I basically got 7½ of my movies and glued them together in the hope that this would make them seem better.

I think I've sorted the preloader out now, so it should work...
um....
How this passed judgement I am not sure....but your buttons are off by one
your menu button sends you to the broken preloader when it should send you to.....duh the menu
Your flashes weren't that good.... update and fix the bugs because this is just bad....

These 7 and one half random irks are irksome. I found it 100% annoying from the start. Blammed like mad pure 0
Menu screwed up
Like you said, the preloader didn't work which is always annoying, but also half the menu options weren't working either.
