Interesting, but kinda lame.

It's an interesting idea, although here in the USA, ATM's can't do transfers between banks. I think that the video's biggest problem was that the customer didn't speak, and his words were hard to read because they were little teensy red letters on a multi-coloured background. As for the ending, I would have wanted to see (A) the laser to come out of the machine, (B) the laser to incinerate our customer into a heap of ashes, or (C) the ATM itself exploding.
But of course, we bank folk are nice and happy people, and we would never want to do any such thing to our valued customers. At least not if they could remember that it was us.
