It's still a good game, but I wouldn't call the changes "difficult." There's just a lack of the hint system and keyboard shortcuts for moving around. I really don't see the added challenge, as that's something that wasn't necessary and could even never be found if you don't look for that information.

A haunted town, these days. Literally.

It is a large game, the size reflects the content. It is NOT a simple action game, or spoof, or parody, but an extended mystery to be solved.
This is the difficult version, without helpers.

There's not much difference between this one and the original. I don't think it needed to be remade. It was perfect the way it was.

Have been looking for it all afternoon, cos I couldnt remember the title. It is tru, it really is a classic.
A beautifully drawn game, excellent story. music is really well chosen as well to create atmosphere.
And when you get stuck you can ask the library ghost.
I'll keep playing it. One of my favourites.
