1. It's split into 2 parts due to Flash's frame limit (you're allowed a maximum of 16 000 frames per flash movie, and since it runs at 36 fps we used those 16 000 up pretty quickly).
2. The plot isn't supposed to make sense. We had to make this cartoon in about 1 1/2 weeks, so we whipped something up quick. The information regarding the book was more important than the plot.
3. Please keep in mind that we had a very short timeframe to make this (less than 2 weeks). We have lives, too, and didn't feel like pouring every minute of every day into this cartoon (in other words, it isn't perfect).

Original Description: This is class project that we put together in about a week's time. It was played in front of an audience of about 1000 students, and they liked it, so we figured we'd throw it on here to see what you guys think.

For something that was made in such a short space of time, this looks really impressive! there is some interesting views too, like the inside of the window as the guy stands on it from the outside cutting thru. The over the topness of it is clearly apparent too, a top secret mission for a yearbook?? Yeah...
Good set up for this, and looking forward to viewing part 2.

No joking here, this is a REALLY great animation. I am going to go watch part 2 right after I finish reviewing this one. You mentioned that you did this for a class project. I wonder what grade you did this in, or if you did this in an animation class for a trade school or college. Either way, great job man, 5/5.
