Not bad
The style for this is good. It's a very good and original idea too make characters out of the old soviet symbol. I liked the noir style in the prestation in the begining.
This is an enjoyable short, however, the joke is a bit poor. I also though you have some music in the background, and it would be nice if there was more then one scene.

funny,.. very funny actually. at first, when the hammer didn't answer, I was thinking like: and now something's going to happen like "hammers can't talk". ...Anyway,where did that anvil come from?

Kind of a short scene, but still a nice little joke. Good art and voices. A talking hammer and a talking sickle, that's quite original... and they both have mustaches. LOL

It was good. You have good animation skills. You just need better material I think. You need better sounds the scream at the end was so ... fake : |
