Tribute to Psych out (1968)

Art/Animation: Violet-AIM / XwaynecoltX
Music/Audio clips: from the movie "Psych Out" (1968)

This is a tribute to the movie "Psych Out" (1968) which starred Susan Strasberg, Jack Nicholson, and others. The story is about Jennie, a deaf runaway who goes to San Francisco in search of her brother (Steve Davis...a.k.a. the Seeker). There, she meets Stoney, Ben, Ellwood, Dave, and Warren, as well as learns some things about the world of the "flower children".

I don't know if many of you people have seen this movie or not, but I hope you like this flash. There are different scenes I touched on in the movie, but if it doesn't make sense, you'd have to see the movie yourself.

While waiting for the movie to load, you can click on the flowers during the preloader page and hear some audio sounds which were recorded from the movie. It might give a little info for those who haven't seen the movie. If you have a slow connection, you might have to wait a little bit before the sounds fully download at the preloader.

This was made by Violet-AIM (not XwaynecoltX). He broke into my account and tried to claim collab credit for some of my movies.

Absent from flash after this was made. Any posts or reviews made by me from May 2005-Jan 2011 was not by me.

Thanks, man

It's one of my favorite movies, and you really caught the main nerve of it!
The sound is really bad, it's true, but I don't mind since it's the only psych-out cartoon I've seen!

Wow, man. Like, wow.

Trippy. Makes me want to see the movie.

Only complaint: Dialogue was VERY hard to hear. The music overpowered it, and it was kinda crackly anyway.

Violet-AIM responds:

I'm glad you used text, cause it wasn't easy to understand all the charaters. My warnign is too anyone who watchs this is if you prone to eplipsy do not watch tehre arew some flashign lights. Oh prepate to trip if you are on drugs too. This was diffently different, it was well done. The grphics and all were done well.

Violet-AIM responds:

very very psyched out alright...not bad tho, good job

Violet-AIM responds:

Thanks everybodywangchung for the review. :)

It kinda reminded me of a Monty Python cartoon when that guy was hit by the car, and sure the sound was abysmal, but the rest wasn't bad.

Violet-AIM responds:

Alright, well I'll try to do the recording differently next time, maybe that might help. Thanks for the review Kurt_Reznor... I remember you, didn't you have a different name before?
