For one thing you have a very cool graffitti-type main screen. However the phrases are random..if its a chucklin' random thats a good thing but otherwise dont make it like that. You should add some music to main page and at least SFX durin the movie. But if everythin' was done in quarter of an hour, thats pretty decent!
Fun to look at
This movie was very nicely made. In graphics and layout that is. I really like the Flash_Bros inspired artwork. Amazing how you could make something like this in less then 15 minutes.
The story though, is very lacking, and I honestly didn't get the point either. I thought atleast you could wirte so that you actually could read the text.

Good Frame-by-Frame Work
The Flash was short, and no sound, but the frame-by-frame animation was very well done. Too bad it wasn't a complete story. Sound would really help, too. If this only took 13 minutes, do a longer animation with that frame-by-frame action and you'll have a real winner!
