This is the BehindTheGamesStudios version of The Vgdc contest 'Kid Niki'.The sprites are given to us by randy solem and the deadline is wednesday.

Even though mine rated higher and had a plot, you still won fair and square.
Still it was good, the animation was nice and smooth, the sfx was spot on, my only problem was with the music, it was badly looped, it stops for a bit then starts up again, it should have been more constant.
also, did you just use the alpha setting and duplicate for the matrix trails? or did you find an easier (and less time consuming) way?

This is the best one I've seen so far. Still, I haven't seen one with the flipping scissors sword thing that he does. Oh well.
