LOL that was amusining, and entertaining, i like all the backround effects and colors used, along with the music it was kinda neat to see, but not much more then that still funny...

Yes, I know it is out of season. Who cares? I submitted this ages ago, but it got blammed. Well, I improved it. I added in my trademark preloader and improved the graphics and effects. (Check out Rudolph's nose! He!) The elf now has a bit of a spin to him as well. Hope it survives this time!

Make the animatons better, use frame by frame, not just tweens.
I liked the disco-ball, but you should use some more interesting flashing stuff, those things you used there has been used so many times before, flashing floor and spotlights, find out something fresh and funky, experiment a little.
Maybe More Interactivity ?

hmmmmm...
well... i feel bad for saying this having not produced anything myself. but i couldn't stand to watch it all the way through. it didn't hold my interest. it just pretty much looped the same five seconds of animation over... and over... and over... and over... but the artwork was done very nicely and i hope you do more with it. make it have some sort of point =).
